1. All Sales Final

   • Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our nail products.

2. Exceptions

   • Refunds or exchanges will only be provided in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

   • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please email us at Mistero.Milano.Canada@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective or damaged item. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit.

4. Order Cancellations

   • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped. Please ensure that your order details are correct before finalizing your purchase.
